Shoe hurled at Chief Minister and Minister's photos, four arrested

Police arrested four persons on Friday for hurling shoes at a banner with pictures of half a dozen ministers including the chief minister at Zeromile in Janakpur. The men were among those protesting the delayed reimbursement for the infrastructure development work done through the consumers' committee.
