55-year-old Dhana Saud of Bannigadi Jayagadh Rural Municipality-3 assaulted Dhan Bahadur Kaila, a police constable, on February 1 when the police were demolishing the Chaupadi hut. Police arrested Saud on the same day. The incident occurred during the campaign of the local representatives, the police and the local leaders of Accham district to demolish the huts.
