Police arrested 27-year-old Aklesh Kumar Yadav of Mithilabihari Municipality-2 on March 16 on the charge of abducting and raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim's party filed a complaint against the accused at District Police Office Dhanusha on January 9 stating that he abducted the girl and raped her.
