Mayor Upendra Yadav of Mahagadhimai Municipality is accused of manhandling 55-year-old Harendra Mahato alias Mahendra of Mahagadhimai-2. Mayor Yadav allegedly made Mahato put shoes on his head and locked him in the bathroom for 15 minutes over a dispute between the mayor and Mahato's son.
