Mathagadi Rural Municipality- 1 Chidipani and Rambha Rural Municipality-4 Humin’s ward offices were vandalized by an unknown group on Saturday midnight. Chidipani’s ward chairperson Shiva Prasad Ghimire said this has destroyed the furniture of the office. They had also taken away the documents of the office. He said, this caused loss worth Rs. 25,000.
Humin’s ward secretary Milan Kafle said this caused loss worth Rs. 40,000. The investigation is ongoing regarding the incident, informed ASI Tara Prasad Khanal.
Over20 shops were also vandalized and the perpetrators looted money and jewelry.
