Police have arrested 29-year-old Sushil Rai of Bardaghat Municipality-16 on March 5 on charges of raping a 28-year-old woman. According to DSP Birendra Thapa, the victim lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on March 5 alleging that the accused had raped the victim. DSP Thapa said that the incident is being investigated. The victim was examined at Prithvi Chandra District Hospital on March 4, police said.
