Police arrested 20-year-old Bikas Gurung of Arughat Rural Municipality-8 on March 15 on the charge of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl.
The girl's family filed a complaint at District Police Office Gorkha on March accusing Gurung of sexually abusing the girl on March 15.
