Province 1, Morang, Biratnagar, Ward 15
Destitute people of Biratnagar Municipality-15 who have been badly affected due to the lockdown have been deprived of relief from local levels. Many members of the community are seeking more relief after the relief distributed in the first lot was finished in less than a week. City Safari drivers and daily wage laborers of the community said they are not even trusted for debt by landlords and were engaged in begging to run daily life.
