Rotten rice and potatoes distributed as relief in Dhanusha

The relief packages of rice and potatoes distributed by Kamala Municipality, Dhanusha, on April 22, are found to be rotten.
According to locals, the relief distributed in Lakkad tole of ward no.5 was rotten. The Municipality distributed the rotten relief to about four dozens of people.
