Some people pelted stones at Armed Police Force Nepal 'BOP' permanent post at Sarawal Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi West on Monday night. During the lockdown when Nepal-India border is closed, the people pelted stones at the post.
According to Bharat Khaniya, SP of Armed Police Force Nepal no.26 Headquarter Nawalparai West, about 50-60 persons attacked the post saying that they have to go to India to purchase rice seeds. The police force charged batons to disperse the crowd.
Police said that search for those involved in the attack is going on.
