One arrested on the charge of rape in Siraha

Police have arrested Ramesh Mahara (22) of Mirchaiya Municipality-1 on May 7 in accusation of raping a 15-year-old girl.
According to the victim’s family, she was raped on May 6 and the complaint was filed on May 7. The accused was arrested immediately for further investigation, informed DSP Santulal Prasad Jaiswar.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on May 7 at the District Hospital of Siraha.
