A 25-year-old Indian national attacked a police constable of the Armed Police Force with a bamboo stick at around 10 am on May 22 at Kachankawal Rural Municipality-1. The police constable has sustained an injury on his ear because of the attack.
The man assaulted the police constable after he requested the man not to tie his cattle on the Nepalese side. Soon after, around 100 people came to the border area to attack the Nepalese security personnel. However, the Indian Border Security Force dispersed the crowd.
