Former bonded laborers and squatters of Barbardiya Municipality padlocked the ward office, saying that they were not provided the relief package related to Covid-19 by the ward office. Ram Bahadur Tharu Chairman of Municipality-1 said that relief was not provided because of problems in distribution.
