Tilak Khadka, Ward Chairperson of  Khaptad Chhanna Rural Municipality-6, lodged a complaint against 40-year-old Prakash Khadka, 35-year-old Tribhuvan Khadka, and 45-year-old Tej Bahadur Khadka at District Administration Office, Bajhang on May 27 accusing them of physically assaulting him on May 23. 

According to the Ward Chairperson Khadka, the group attacked him when he tried to keep returnees of Khaptad Chhanna Rural Municipality from Kathmandu in quarantine at the ward's Pataldewal Secondary school.

Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Sarki said that Khadka lodged the complaint at the District Administration Office alleging that the perpetrators pelted stones at him and he sustained an injury.
