Police, on May 31, arrested 22-year-old Ram Kumar Ram of Sukhipur Municipality-6 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl on May 30. The victim had filed a complaint of rape on May 30. The victim underwent a medical examination on May 30 at the District Hospital Siraha.
