The locals barred an Assistant Health Worker(AHW) from entering into the village of Jumla District. The AHW worked in Kanak Sundari Rural Municipality of Jumla District and was diagnosed of the coronavirus on June 3. He recovered from the virus on June 10 and the hospital discharged him on the same date. However, the locals of his village prohibited him from entering the village and vandalized his motorcycle, fearing the possible spread of the virus.
