Sudurpashchim, Dadeldhura, Nawadurga, Ward 1
The locals of Nawadurga Municipality-1 picketed the ward office of the same place, venting their frustrations over the release of people from quarantine before their PCR Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) test reports were out. The locals burned tires in protest of the local government. 56 people tested positive in Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) and the local government increased the risk of an outbreak by sending them home without waiting for the PCR reports, said one of the protestors.
