Youth beaten by police in Kailali

Police assaulted 19-year-old Chetraj Bhatta of Godawari Municipality-6. Police at the temporary police post in Badeha brutally assaulted while he was on the way to the mill on Wednesday.
The injured Bhatta is undergoing treatment at Padma Hospital in Attariya. Bhatta said that the policemen of the temporary police post threatened and beat him while he was going to grind wheat on a motorcycle. He said that police beat him asking why he was not wearing a helmet.
