9-year-old raped by her cousin in Kanchanpur

A 22-year-old man from Melauli Municipality, Baitadi allegedly raped his 9-year-old cousin in Kanchanpur. He had been living with his paternal aunt in Bhim Dutta Municipality Ward No. 10 when he committed the crime.
DSP Amar Bahadur Thapa of the District Police Office, Kanchanpur, informed that the victim was taken to Mahakali Hospital for medical examination. The family members of the girl lodged a complaint against the accused.
