Youth arrested on the charge of rape

Police have arrested 32-year-old Rabin GC of Jaljala Rural Municipality-4 on June 21 in accusation of raping a 17-year-old girl with down syndrome.
The victim filed a complaint at the District Police office stating that she was raped on May 30.
Police said that the accused was arrested on the basis of the same complaint.
