Youth arrested on charge of raping teen

Police arrested 22-year-old Intiyaz Ali Dhobi of Kotahimai Rural Municipality-5 on June 22 on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl.
Intiyaz and 20-year-old Kismat Ali Dhobi allegedly raped the girl on June 12 while she was going to the bathroom. Kismat is absconding after the incident and search is ongoing.
