Police have arrested Nabaraj Chhatyal (33) of Simkot rural municipality-7 on 26 June 2020 in accusation of beating his sister-in-law Saha Devi Chhatyal (35).
The accused had beaten the victim during a domestic dispute with an intention of killing her, blamed the victim’s husband Setya Chhatyal.
The complaint was filed at the District Police Office on 25 June 2020, informed the victim’s husband. According to him, she was treated at the District Health Service Office, Humla.
The accused was arrested on the basis of the complaint and further investigation is ongoing, informed DSP Surya Prakash Subedi. The accused is in the custody of District Police Office.
