A demonstration staged at Khalanga, Jajarkot on Sunday protesting against the release of Prakashi Malla, an accused in the killing of six people including Nawaraj BK in Soti of Rukum West, on bail. 

Six people, including Nawaraj BK of Jajarkot, were killed on May 25 due to an inter-caste love affair. 

The district court had ordered the release of Prakashi Malla, mother of Sushma Malla who is said to be Nawaraj's girlfriend, on bail after paying one lakh. After that order, she was released on bail on Friday.  

The demonstration staged at Khalanga on Sunday protesting against the release of Malla, who has been considered as the main abettor of the incident. During the demonstration, protesters chanted slogans protesting the release of the main accused of the incident.
