Police arrests man on the charge of raping friend in Dolakha

Okhaldhunga police have arrested a 26-year-old man of Manebhajyang Rural municipality on the charge of raping his 23-year-old friend under the pretext of giving a birthday party on Friday night, July 17. The victim has alleged that the young man raped her by offering her alcohol.
