42-year-old Dhan Bahadur Nepali of Bharatpur Metropolitan City 17 has lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on July 22 against Ward member Raj Kumar Tamang, accusing him of beating him and discriminating him racially during a meeting about doing PCR tests of those in quarantine on July 21, informed DSP Surya Thapa of District Police Office Chitawan. Nepali sustained a minor injury on his face in Tamang's attack. Police are yet to arrest and further investigate the incident.
