Cadres of Janata Samajbadi Party have padlocked the office of Pipra Municipality, Mahottari. They locked the main gate of the municipality office accusing the Mayor of not listening to the demand to provide the copy of the details of completed plans, their start date,  ending date and project reports. Janata Samajbadi cadres are holding have been holding a sit-in in front of the municipality office from the past five days.
