Man arrested on charge of rape in Kathmandu

Police have arrested 40-year-old Netra Jirel of Dolakha Jiri Municipality-8 currently living in Narayantar, Gokarneshwar Municipality-8 on July 24 on charges of raping an 11-year-old girl.
Police are investigating the incident.
