Area Police Office, Dhalkebar arrested 32-year-old Manoj Lama of Mithila Municipality-7, Dhanusha, on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman on July 24. The victim had filed a complaint at Area Police Office, Dhalkebar on July 21, stating that two men raped her on the night of July 20 by entering her house. Police said they were searching for another absconding accused of the incident. Health Checkup of the victim was conducted at Provincial Hospital, Janakpur, on July 22.
