13-year-old girl from Sankhuwashaba raped by being held hostage

Police on July 23 arrested 20-year-old Rosen Rai of Salpasichho Rural Municipality of Bhojpur on the charge of raping a 13-year-old teenager of Silichong Rural Municipality of Sankhuwasabha district by holding her hostage. Rai reportedly raped the victim repeatedly by taking her to different places.
