Police arrested 50-year-old Ram Krishna Tharu of Tilottama-17, Pakdihawa of Rupendehi for raping a 14-year-old girl. Tharu was arrested based on a complaint that Tharu had attempted to rape the girl on July 25, Saturday evening.
