Sugarcane farmers in West Nawalparasi have been agitated after not receiving their dues from the last three years. Farmers have warned that they would file fraud case against the operators of Lumbini and Indira Sugar Mills if they do not pay the amount immediately. Despite an agreement between the three sugar industry operators, farmers and the administration to pay all the dues to the farmers by January 21, the farmers have not received the payment yet.
