Rape accused arrested from Biratnagar

Police arrested 28-year-old Roshan Mandal of Kharsal Tole, Rajbiraj Municipality Ward-6, Saptari on August 7 from Biratnagar.
A complaint was registered at District Police office against Mandal on July 12 alleging that he had raped a 21-year-old girl in her room in Rajbiraj Municipality Ward-7 and gave her death threats if she reported the incident.
The arrested accused has been brought to Rajbiraj for further investigation and necessary action.
