Five arrested on charge of raping a minor in Dhanusha

On August 9, police arrested 5 persons on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on August 6. They gang-raped the girl, filmed the incident, and made it public. They were arrested on the basis of a tip-off that the incident was being settled within the community.
According to Inspector Pappu Nayak of Area Police Office, Mahendranagar, among the arrested, 3 are minor boys.
There is no written complaint lodged from the victim's family.
The accused minors are being interrogated regarding the incident.
