Locals of Janakpur protested against journalist Brij Kumar Yadav in Janakpur for vandalizing the wall of Rasik Bihari temple wall at Teli Kuti in Janakpurdham at around 11 on August 26. A team including journalist Yadav, who reached the Teli Kuti near Barha Bigha (arena ground) in a dozer at night, allegedly demolished the temple's wall. Shiva Shankar Shah Hira, a former president of FNCC and a businessman, accused Yadav of trying to capture the temple land with the help of media. Yadav, who is also the editor of Janakpur Today, threatened to kill the saints living in the hut and the sadhus of Patanjali Yoga Pitha near the hut. Shah also accused journalist Vrij Kumar Yadav of occupying the land of Kutti by using a dozer. It is said that the land of Teli Kuti is also occupied by the land mafia. It is alleged that Yadav tried to vacate the land of Patanjali Yoga Pith in Janakpur by vandalizing it. Discussions are underway between the protesters and the district police. Meanwhile, seven people were also arrested for throwing stones at Yadav's house.
