Complaint lodged against rape accused in Dhalkebar

Family members of a 15-year-old girl filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Dhalkebar on August 31 against an unidentified 18-year-old youth on the charge of raping the girl.
The victim has told the INSEC Dhanusha representative that she was raped by the unidentified youth wearing a face mask.
The girl was examined at the Provincial Hospital, Janakpurdham on August 31. Inspector Tirtha Bahadur Karki of the Area Police Office Dhalkewar said that they are searching for the accused.
