Youths assault Ward Secretary in Tanahu

26-year-old Dhan Singh Magar and 23-year-old Ashim Thapa of Rhising-3 assaulted Gangaram Manandhar, the ward secretary of Devghat Rural Municipality, Ward no. 2 on Monday night. Police arrested the duo on Tuesday afternoon.
Magar and Thapa allegedly attacked the ward secretary while he was sleeping in his room, with an intention to kill.
