Teenager arrested on rape charge in Saptari

Police have arrested a 15-year-old boy from Saptari on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. Police arrested the boy on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girl's mother at Area Police Office Kadarbona. Villagers caught the boy red-handed while he was raping the girl in the jungle and handed him over to police. The victim underwent a medical examination at Gajendranarayan Singh hospital.
