Kapilbastu youth arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 24-year-old Ram Prasad Bhattarai of Shivaraj Municipality-1, Kapilbastu on September 14, on the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl.
Bhattarai allegedly took the girl to a hotel in Gadhawa Rural Municipality-1 and raped her on August 28. The victim's family filed a complaint against the accused on August 30.
