Byas Rural Municipality of Darchula has been padlocked again on Monday after the locals cut the lock, which was padlocked from Friday. More than 250 cadres with the support of locals and local representatives of Ward No 3 padlocked the rural municipality office again.

Ward Chairperson Upendra Singh Dhami of Byas Rural Municipality-3  said that they had padlocked the ward office as the budget of previously selected plans of Sina village was transferred to other projects by changing the title. Similarly, the  NCP cadres also demanded the expenses in the name of Corona pandemic should be made public.
