A peaceful demonstration was staged in Biratnagar by the Morang District Committee of "Hamro Nepapal, Haami Nepali", demanding the government to ensure the safety of Dr KC by fulfilling his demands to dismiss the MCC and re-appoint Kulman Ghising in the Electricity Authority.
The protest started from Mahendra Chowk in Biratnagar, passed through Sansari Mainsthan, Traffic Chowk, Mahavir Road and reached Mahendra Chowk again and ended with a corner meeting.
