Police arrested 43-year-old Nil Bahadur Khadka of Echok in Helmbu Rural Municipality-7 on November 5 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on August 20. The victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Melamchi on October 22.
