Youth arrested on charge of raping minor in Kailali

Police arrested 22-year-old Lale Gharti Thapa of Chure Rural Municipality-1, on November 22, on the charge of raping a 10-year-old girl. According to the police, the accused was arrested after the victim’s father lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Faltude accusing Thapa of raping the girl on November 21.
