A woman was brutally murdered in Kapilvastu. Her body was found tied to a tree in the garden of Shirshihawa village in Krishnanagar Municipality Ward No. 4 on December 1. The body has not been identified yet.
The body was found on the base of a tree, with legs and neck tied with a scarf. There are marks of injuries on various parts of the body, including the head and hands.
