Youth arrested on the charge of raping a teen in Ramechhap

21-year-old Raj Kumar Khadka of Umkunda Rural Municipality-5 was arrested on December 3 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. Relatives of the victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, stating that the girl was raped on December 2 while she was going to the toilet.
