Locals obstruct road construction in Dolpa

Locals of Thulibheri Municipality-5, Hu village, Dolpa obstructed the construction of the road in their village, accusing the Dozer driver of digging the road arbitrarily.
Bag Bahadur Budha, a member of Ward No. 5, said that they were deprived of the road network after the Dozer driver dug the road from Upper Lakna bypassing the design for own his convenience.
