Woman files a complaint of sexual abuse in Saptari

A 28-year-old woman of Bode Bersain Municipality-5 filed a complaint of sexual abuse at district court against 50-year-old Dilip Kumar Yadav and his 25-year-old son Ripukumar Yadav on January 5. She was abused over land issues.
The victim was seven-week pregnant when she was sexually abused on November 14, 2020, and during retaliation, her left arm was broken and sustained injuries on the chest.
