Youth arrested on the charge of a sexually abusing a minor in Butwal

Police have arrested 22-year-old Ashish Pokharel of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan-13 Belbas on January 16 on the charge of sexually abusing a five-year-old girl.
The victim's father had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Butwal alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim on January 13.
