Farmers of Katahari village gathered on February 3 to protest against the lack of fertilizer during the farming season, demanding that the state should make fertilizer and seeds easily available to the farmers. The protest was led by Nizam Khan, chairman of the Rural Civil Development Society Katahari-2.
At the program, a farmer complained that he had to sell agricultural produce in a cheap price as the three tiers of government did not manage the agricultural market.
