Locals of Itahari in Sunsari blocked a road on Monday protesting air pollution caused by construction on the Koshi Highway under the Trade Route Expansion Project.
Locals of Itahari blocked Ithahari Bazar for two hours from 11 am citing that their health was affected due to dust and smoke coming from the poor road condition.
