18-year-old Sapna Roka Magar, who is on the BBC's list of influential women, has lodged a complaint of the incident behaviour against Binay Jung Basnet at the Metropolitan Police Complex, Kathmandu on February 14. According to the police, the complaint was lodged after Basnet threatened to publish nude photos of Sapna Roka Magar on YouTube. Police are searching for Basnet who is now out of the Kathmandu.

Earlier, Sapna used to burn unidentified corpses with Basnet. Sapna, who came to Kathmandu from Myagdi, lived with Basnet but left Basnet's house last October.
